Great question! We put a lot of heart into making our candles, but they deserve a little love from you as well! Your first burn is the most important. The
first burn will determine how your candle will melt for the rest of its life
span. Candle wax memory refers to how a candle burns and melts after it is
lit for the first time. The first burn creates a wax pattern or memory for each
subsequent burn. If the candle is not burned properly the first time, it
will start to tunnel. The candle needs to stay lit for approximately 2-3
hours the first time you burn it. For more information, please see our

All products are made to order, so you
can expect your order to be in the mail anywhere from 2-5 business days after
your order is placed. We ship via USPS and the majority of our packages arrive within
3 business days from being scanned by our local post office. International
orders will vary depending on the shipping selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will
receive a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking number.
Please know that once your package is
handed over to the post office, we have no control over when it's scanned in or
how long it takes to get to you. Most packages are delivered in their regular
timeframe, but there are instances of packages taking a bit longer. If your tracking
number shows no movement for over a week, please reach out at info@infusioncandleco.com
and we'll try to find a solution together!
Due to the nature of
our hand-crafted products and the time that it takes for production, we do not
offer refunds or returns at this time.
If your product arrives
damaged or you received the wrong item, please provide photos of your unused
product with the package to info@infusioncandleco.com within 72 hours of
receiving your order and we will try to resolve the issue immediately. Do NOT
discard the box or any contents.
