Due to the nature of our hand-crafted products and the time that it takes for production, we do not offer refunds or returns at this time. 

Damages and Issues

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please send a photo of your unused product with the package to info@infusioncandleco.com within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will try to resolve the issue immediately.
